Chromatic Exercises

Playing a ‘chromatic’ scale means playing all the notes (including the sharps (#) and flats (b). There will be twelve notes in this scale (including the octave – the twelfth note). This is a good exercise for your left hand warm-up, finger dexterity, and coordination between the two hands. Use the tips of you left hand fingers and alternate pick with your right.
